This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by STARWAVE NETWORK SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, refunds are governed by the following terms.
All services provided by the Company are digital, customized, and service-based. No physical products are sold or shipped.
• A minimum advance payment is required before project initiation. • Once project work has commenced, advance payments are generally non-refundable. • This policy ensures allocation of technical resources and project planning.
If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative or processing fees.
Partial refunds may be considered in cases where:
• Project milestones have not yet been initiated • Deliverables have not been started • Mutual written agreement is reached between both parties
The following services are non-refundable once executed:
• SEO services once work is performed • Paid advertising campaigns after launch • AI integrations after deployment • Development work after milestone approval
Clients agree to contact the Company directly before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension of services.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method where applicable.
